Come stay at the beautiful Cuchara Valley

We would like to welcome you to Elk Valley RV Park in breathtaking La Veta, CO. We first came to the valley in 1995 in our Motorhome and eventually moved here in 1997. This was our “Little Bit of Heaven on Earth!.”

La Veta is a quaint, small community nestled at the base of the Spanish Peaks and Sangre De Cristo Mountain Range, at the mouth of the Cuchara Valley.

Whatever your interests are, I’m sure you will find it in the Cuchara Valley!

Whether you fish, play golf, hike, ride ATV’s or just enjoy strolling or shopping on Main St., La Veta is the place to come for your next vacation or just a weekend getaway.

Elk Valley is located on the south side of La Veta across from the beautiful 18 hole Grandote Peaks Golf Course on Highway 12, the scenic highway of legends.

All sites are gravel & some sites have a grass yard. Pets are welcome as long as they are on a leash & picked up after.
